Consultation Times

We run the same-day surgery to allow patients to discuss an urgent problem which they feel cannot wait for the next routine appointment. We are pleased to offer this service but, for it to remain viable, we are unable to deal with routine matters such as long-standing medical complaints, sick note requests and repeat prescriptions in a same-day appointment. We can only maintain this fast turnaround facility with your help. Please do not abuse it.

Cancellations

So that we can provide an efficient service to all our patients, we need your help. If you cannot attend an appointment with any member of our health care team, we would be grateful if you could inform our reception staff in order that the appointment can be allocated to another patient.

Out Of Hours

The surgery is closed after 6.30pm each evening. We are also closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you need a doctor urgently at these times contact the out-of-hours service by telephoning 08452 262626.

Access For The Disabled

We are equipped with services for the disabled. There is a lift accessible from the ground floor.

Parking

There is parking available on site but be aware that parking charges do apply.
